MARC DEPPE

I currently own and operate 14 businesses (13 franchises and one Amazon store). My background in business operations, franchise development, finance and real estate add to Exist Allies LLC’s (our partnership LLC just formed for new acquisitions) ability to help owners design an ideal exit strategy. Prior to becoming an acquisition and growth entrepreneur, I owned and managed a real estate portfolio in South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. After the real estate market collapse in 2007-2008, I worked as a consultant providing financial modeling and capital raising services to startups and early round clients. I successfully raised 10’s of millions of dollars across several industries while also holding interim operational roles within several of these companies. While acting as head of Sales and Marketing for Triton Submarines, I increased sales over 300% in 3 years. When not working or traveling with my wife and daughters, I love to disappear to the most remote of locations on my adventure motorcycle.

DEREK ANOVICK

Derek and Marc have been best friends for 45 years and have been doing business together for over 20 years. Derek has had over 20 years sales and management experience in the fields of digital/internet, radio, print, B-B and real estate while in addition launching several of his own successful ventures and start-ups. He was the founder and CEO of Quake Marketing, a full-service New York Based online media firm where he increased sales 30%+ annually year over year for 6 consecutive years. Derek was also a founder and managing partner of Reliable Property Solutions (RPS) which acquired properties for the purpose of long-term hold and consistent cash flow for investors earning an average 35% annual rate of return. Derek currently operates 14 businesses in partnership with Marc Deppe. He is fluent in Spanish, French and Mandarin holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management and Marketing.

LUIGI CACERES

After starting a career in Finance at Pricewaterhouse Coopers and back from his MBA studies in Minneapolis, Luigi decided to pursue his entrepreneurial dreams. He joined a company in the food and entertainment space in South America, overseeing over 150 employees and more 20 brands, of which 7 are currently successfully operating. After challenging times during Covid, he decided to capitalize opportunities in the online space helping over 50 ecommerce brands expand to multiple 8 figures in a few short years. He now focuses on acquiring cash flowing assets in the ecommerce space and helps structure funds to maximize investment opportunities. He speaks Spanish, English, Portuguese and some French and Italian and is a passionate kitesurfer and wind chaser.
